Design an eSport News Portal Template

Step fifteen:

Make a new layer-set called Main news.
In a new layer draw wide #00427F rectangle.
Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

In a new layer clone a picture of what your Main news is about. Then insert descriptions of the news.

Step sixteen:

Make a new layer-set called Latest news.
In a new layer add ¡§Latest News¡¨ text using the following font settings: Font Arial, Bold Italic, 18pt, Sharp and #0086F7 color ink.
Add the following layer styles: Drop Shadow, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Step seventeen:

In a new layer draw a #F5F5F5 rectangle with height of 20px. Then 20px space below, make another one until you have enough to fill your content.

Add content fillers.

Step eighteen:

Make more sections on the center of the page such as latest threads and latest files.

Step nineteen:

Below Featured news, make another section for another featured news.

Step twenty:

Now below second featured news, add another advertisement. This time space for a Medium Rectangle (300 x 250) or Large Rectangle (336 x 280).

And below the advertisement, insert another space for third featured news.

Step twenty one:

Make a new layer-set called footer. At the bottom of your canvas, leave a black space across.
In a new layer draw a #3B3B3B 20px height rectangle on the center running across. See picture guide for visuals.
Make another 20px height rectangle but #DEDEDE color ink. Position top of the first rectangle.

Step twenty two:

Add your navigation links on #3B3B3B rectangle.
Add a 1px black line seperating each navigation links.
